Add and manage products

Go to Products. Every new product needs Gottit approval before customers can see it.

Create a product

1. Select Add product.
2. Choose a category. You can also add the product to collections.
3. Write the description and product details.
4. Choose Delivery, Pickup, or both.
5. Mark the product if it is fragile, perishable, needs refrigeration, or is 18+.
6. Add at least one variant. Each variant needs:
   • A SKU that is unique in your store
   • Options (for example size or color)
   • A price in PHP
   • Weight and dimensions
7. Upload images. You can also add a video or an approved video link.
8. Submit for review.

Review status

• Draft: not submitted.
• Pending review: Gottit is checking it.
• Changes requested: fix the product and submit again.
• Published: customers can see and buy it.
• Rejected: the note explains why.
• Suspended: hidden from customers.

Editing a live product

Big changes send the product back to review.

Photos and videos

Gottit checks each image and video. The product text can go live while some media is still in review. Rejected media stays hidden.

Delist a product

You can delist a product to hide it, then list it again later. If Gottit suspended a product, only Gottit can restore it.

Rules

• Physical products only.
• You cannot create new categories. Contact support if you need one.
• Refrigerated and frozen products are pickup only.
• 18+ products are pickup only. You must check the customer's ID.
