Understand your order status
How order references work and what each status means.

Order references
One checkout creates one order, for example GOT-10001. Each store gets its own part of the order:

Each part has its own status. One store can send your items before another.
See your orders at Account > Orders.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Awaiting payment | You have not paid yet. |
| Paid | Payment is confirmed. The store can start work. |
| Preparing | The store is packing your items. |
| Ready | Your items are packed. Gottit books delivery, or you can collect them. |
| Dispatched | A Lalamove rider has your items. |
| Delivered | The rider delivered your items. |
| Picked up | You collected your items at the store. |
| Completed | You confirmed receipt, or 3 days passed. |
| Cancelled | The order was cancelled. |
| Failed delivery | The delivery did not succeed. Gottit support handles next steps. |
| Refund requested | You asked for a refund. The store is checking it. |
| Partially refunded / Refunded | Some or all of the money was returned. |
Gottit sends you an in-app notification, and often an email, when the status changes.
