Confirm you received your order

Confirm receipt

1. Open your order at Account > Orders.
2. Select Confirm receipt.
3. Optional: add a photo of the items (JPEG, PNG, or WebP).

Your order changes to Completed.

If you do not confirm, Gottit completes the order automatically 3 days after delivery or pickup.

Something is wrong?

Do not confirm receipt. Ask for a refund instead. See Ask for a refund.

Review your items

After your order is completed, you can review each item you bought. See Write a product review.
