Get your code

When the store marks your order Ready, Gottit sends you a six-digit pickup code by in-app notification and email.

Keep this code private. Anyone with the code can collect your order.

Collect your order

1. Go to the store's pickup location shown on your order.
2. Show your pickup code to the store staff.
3. The staff enters the code. Your order changes to Picked up.

18+ items

For age-restricted items, bring a valid government ID. The store checks that you are an adult and that your ID matches. Gottit records only the result, not your ID number or photo.

Code problems

• Wrong code: after too many wrong tries, the code locks.
• Expired or locked code: ask the store to make a new code. The old code stops working.
• Still stuck: contact support with your order reference.

The pickup code is for store pickup only. Lalamove riders do not ask for it.
