How Gottit works

Gottit is an online marketplace for physical products in the Philippines. Many independent stores sell on Gottit. All prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP).

One account for everything

You use one Gottit account to shop. If your business is approved as a merchant, the same account also opens the merchant portal. You do not need a separate merchant login.

Many stores, one checkout

You can add items from different stores to one cart. At checkout:

• You pay once for the whole order.
• Gottit splits your order into one part for each store.
• Each store prepares and sends only its own items.
• Each part can have its own delivery or pickup choice and its own status.

Delivery and pickup

• Delivery: the store prepares your items, and Gottit books a Lalamove rider.
• Store pickup: you collect the items at the store with a six-digit pickup code.

No extra service fee

Gottit does not add a service or platform fee to your order. You pay the item prices, any delivery fee, less any discounts.
