Set up your store

After approval, open the merchant portal. You have one store and one pickup location.

1. Store profile

Go to Store. Add your store name, description, story, opening hours, logo, cover, and gallery.

• Opening hours change right away.
• Name, web address, description, and story go to Gottit for review.
• Logo, cover, and gallery images go to Gottit for review.

Your public store keeps the last approved version until Gottit approves the change. If Gottit rejects a change, you see the reason.

2. Pickup location

Submit your pickup location for review. After approval, Gottit uses it for:

• Store pickup by customers
• The starting point for Lalamove deliveries

3. Payout account

Submit the bank account for your payouts. Gottit must approve it before you can get payouts.

If you change your bank details later, payouts stop until Gottit approves the new details.

Business details

To change legal or business details, go to Business and submit the change with any new documents. Your current details stay live until Gottit approves.
