Statuses
- Requested: the store has your request.
- Under review: the store is checking it.
- Rejected: the store did not accept the request. The note explains why.
- Approved: the store accepted. Gottit is preparing the refund.
- Processing: the refund is with FIUU.
- Refunded: the refund is done.
- Failed: the refund did not go through. Gottit staff check it and try again.
Your order then shows Refunded (all items) or Partially refunded (some items).
How long does it take?
After the refund is done, the time to see the money depends on your bank or e-wallet. If a refund stays in Processing for a long time, contact support with your order reference.
