Payouts and your balance

Open your dashboard to see your balance, then open the ledger and settlement history.

Fees

Gottit does not take a commission. Gottit pays the payment fees. Delivery fees are not taken from your sales.

What changes your balance

• Sale: adds the item amount when payment is confirmed.
• Your discounts: take away the discount.
• Refunds: take away the refunded amount.
• Adjustments: Gottit can add or take away an amount, with a reason.
• Payouts: take away the amount Gottit paid you.

Pending and available

• Pending: the order is not finished yet.
• Available: the order is completed, cancelled, or refunded. This money can be paid out.

How you get paid

1. Gottit calculates your available balance.
2. Gottit reviews the payout.
3. Gottit transfers the money to your approved bank account.
4. Gottit records the transfer. You see it in your settlement history.

You need an approved payout account. If your available balance is zero or less, there is no payout. The amount carries over.

If a refund happens after a payout, your balance can go below zero. Later sales cover it.
