Become a merchant

Only businesses registered in the Philippines can sell on Gottit. You apply with your normal Gottit account.

Before you start

Prepare clear copies of these documents:

• Business Permit
• BIR Certificate of Registration (usually Form 2303)
• BIR or TIN proof
• Form 2307, if it applies to your business

You cannot submit the application without the required documents. Your documents are private. Only you and Gottit staff can see them.

Apply

1. On Gottit, open Become a merchant.
2. Sign in, or register and verify your email.
3. Enter your business details.
4. Upload your documents.
5. Submit the application.

You can leave and come back. Gottit saves your application as a draft.

Application status

• Draft: you have not submitted yet.
• Submitted / Under review: Gottit is checking your application.
• Changes requested: fix what Gottit asks for, then submit again.
• Approved: the merchant portal opens. Go to Set up your store.
• Rejected: the note explains why.

Gottit sends you a notification when the status changes.
