When you can cancel, and what happens to your payment.

What you can do depends on the order status.
| Status | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Awaiting payment | Cancel the order yourself. |
| Paid | Ask to cancel. |
| Preparing or Ready | Ask to cancel. The store or Gottit decides. |
| Dispatched or later | You cannot cancel. Contact support. |
Your money
If you already paid, a cancellation does not always start a refund by itself. If you do not see a refund update on your order, contact support with your order reference.
