Notifications

See updates about payments, orders, pickup codes, and refunds.

Gottit sends updates in the app and by email. Gottit does not send SMS or Viber messages.

Notification bell

  1. Select the bell at the top of the page. It shows your latest notifications and the number you have not read.
  2. Select a notification to open it. Gottit marks it as read.
  3. Select Mark all read to clear the count.

To see all notifications, go to Account > Notifications.

What you get notified about

  • Payment confirmed
  • Store is preparing your order
  • Delivery updates, or your pickup code
  • Order completed
  • Refund updates
