Go to Inventory.
Stock numbers
- On hand: the units you have.
- Reserved: units held for customers who are paying now.
- Available: on hand minus reserved. Customers can buy only this amount.
Gottit holds units for up to 30 minutes while a customer pays. If the payment succeeds, the units are sold. If not, the units go back on sale.
Items in a customer's cart are not reserved.
Adjust stock
- Choose a variant.
- Enter a positive number to add stock, or a negative number to remove stock.
- Enter a reason, for example "New delivery" or "Damaged".
- Save.
