Reset or change your password

Forgot your password

1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password.
2. Enter your email.
3. Open the reset email and select the link. The link expires after some time.
4. Enter a new password.
5. Sign in again.

For your security, Gottit always shows the same message, even if the email has no account.

A password reset signs you out on all devices.

Change your password

1. Go to Account > Security.
2. Change your password.

If you signed in more than 15 minutes ago, Gottit asks you to sign in again first. After the change, you are signed out on all devices.
